What we do: * collect and compile general information about rip-offs, which is published without company names. * we investigate repeat offenders and publish documented information, including company names. * we furnish information to attorneys, law enforcement, and the news media. * we work with corporate management of legitimate corporations to provide information about frustrated consumers whose issues are not resolved.
